Youβre in the right place.
We Are A Modern Traditional school
Northern-style Kung Fu in Hong Kong is a bit harder to come by, making our school quite unique.
Our classes are intentionally small so we can give every student the attention they need to grow.
We believe in quality over quantity, ensuring that each session is meaningful and tailored to your journey.
Whether youβre here for a short-term holiday experience in Hong Kong or a long-term commitment, weβre confident we have something for everyone.
Dedicated to our craft and passing it on
In our group classes, itβs not uncommon to find students practicing their own thing at the same time.
One student may be doing Bagua Zhangβs circle walk, while another pair trains in Tai Chi Push Hands and drills Miao Dao techniques in the hallway.
Thereβs no one-size-fits-all approach here - every studentβs journey is unique and we prescribe whatβs best for each individualβs goals.
Our Home at Martial Club, kwai fong
Hidden in the heart of Kwai Fong, Martial Club has been our home since 2018.
Itβs a vibrant hub where Kung Fu masters and students come together to refine skills, share techniques, and explore the rich traditions of traditional Kung Fu styles and more.
Thereβs no better place to experience the true spirit of Kung Fu in Hong Kong.
And also get a flavour of old Hong Kong cinema memorabilia.
The Faces of Our School
Weβre dedicated to passing on the true art of Kung Fu and Tai Chi to students who value tradition, hard work, and respect.

Our kung fu styles
Here are the regular styles we teach, our bread and butter as it were.
-
One of the oldest lineages of traditional Taichi that exists today, a meditative yet powerful spiral art.
In our clases we teach its practical usage, wrestling, kicks, push hands and strikes together.
-
ignature with its circular and strategic movements. Improving the sensibility of Chi and enhancing it in a tremendous way. In consideration of a taoist approach, baguazhang helps us reach a higher level of self-cultivation
-
Hebei-style Xinyi, an internal style inspired by spear movements, emphasizes straight-line motion, refining your middle-range techniques and enhancing power delivery through the Dantian.
-
Our lineage comes from the Zuo Family Pigua Tongbei of Zuo Baomei, Cangzhou. As such our forms are traditional and less flashy and grounded in application.
-
Yuan Hou Tongbei is an explosive northern style with practical applications. With five elements and animal movement, this is a fun and direct kung fu style to learn.
-
Weaponry is at the heart of many Northern Kung Fu styles. We teach the Miao Dao, Great Spear, Hook Swords, and more. Expect to spar and learn practice single techniques.
